Perfect and magnificent location, gorgeous hotel and also neat. Coffee, climate control and an iron in the room and the comfy bed. Outstanding meal and good service. Not to mention free Wi-Fi

The rooms were air-conditioned and great-sized with complimentary drinks and the garden, for example, no complains at all. The incredible and beautiful location was just walking distance from Herne Hill Town. There were the Sunday market and a market around the hotel.

The rooms were vintage and compact with amazing bath.

Brilliant hotel, it was spotless, and the staff was courteous and kind. There were an electric kettle and refrigerators. It had fab location close to Herne Hill Town. There was a lovely bar and brilliant food at the outdoor restaurant. Satisfactory breakfast and other services were first-class.

The room was sublime! The staff was exceptional and the breakfast was fantastic!

Charming atmosphere with cozy rooms

The entire experience was good, especially the cozy room that was well-equipped with an espresso machine and plenty of delicious teas. Breakfast was a culinary highlight, offering chef-cooked meals that set the tone for the day. I also enjoyed the unique character of the historic building. A little improvement in the room's decor would enhance its appeal.

The room was lovely n cozy, realy well equipped with ensuite n great shower! Breakfast was amazin, def the best vegan breakfast ive had at a hotel. Location was ideal, close to herne hill station n nice cafes. The vibe of the pub/restaurant was super cozy, perfect for a chill getaway. Staff were friendly n the check in was easy peasy!

The only downside was that the double bed was two singles pushed together, a bit weird for a couple. Parking was a bit tricky nearby.

I had a lovely stay in a Grand Double room where the bed was super comfy and the fridge was stocked with fresh milk, water, and beer. The garden area was perfect for relaxing with a nice view. The pub's breakfast was tasty. 😊

The breakfast was definitely a highlight, with delicious vegan options that were the best I've had in a hotel! The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station and local shops. It's worth noting that the room we were in could be a bit noisy at times due to street sounds.

My stay was lovely, but the highlight was the breakfast—absolutely delicious with freshly baked croissants and flavorful organic juices! The only downside was the mattress on the floor, making it tough to get in and out of bed. 😊
